Our Commitment

Privacy-First Design: Agiliton VPN is built with privacy as the foundation. We collect only what is technically required to provide VPN service—nothing more.

No Logs PolicyWe do not log your browsing activity, connection timestamps, or IP addresses to persistent storage.

Data We Collect

On Your Device (Local Storage)

Trial Start Date — To enforce the 7-day free trial period
Subscription Status — Managed by Apple’s StoreKit, stored locally
Selected Server — Your preferred connection location
VPN State — Whether connected or disconnected

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

On Our Servers (Volatile Only)

IP Address — Required for WireGuard packet routing during active sessions
Session Timestamp — Held in RAM for connection management

This data exists only in memory during your VPN session and is never written to disk or logs.

Data We Do NOT Collect

Browsing history or visited websites
DNS queries or search terms
Downloaded files or content
Connection logs or timestamps
Bandwidth usage per user
Account information (we have no accounts)

Third-Party Services

Hetzner Online GmbH — (Germany) — Server hosting
Apple StoreKit — Subscription management (Apple’s privacy policy applies)

Our DNS filtering runs on self-hosted AdGuard Home instances on our own servers—no third-party DNS providers see your queries.

Data Retention

Local device data: — Until you uninstall the app or reset
Server-side data: — Immediately cleared when you disconnect
Subscription data: — Managed by Apple per their retention policies

Access — Request what data we hold about you

Erasure — Request deletion of your data
Portability — Receive your data in a standard format
Object — Opt out of certain processing

Since we don’t collect personal data beyond what’s on your device, most of these rights are satisfied by design.

Children’s Privacy

Agiliton VPN is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app contains no age-inappropriate content, tracking, or advertising.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
