Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Agiliton VPN (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License Grant
Agiliton grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
Subscriptions
Prices may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon subscription purchase.
Acceptable Use
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Attempt to breach network security
- Share your subscription with others
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
Violation may result in immediate termination of your access.
Service Availability
- Scheduled maintenance
- Security updates
- Infrastructure improvements
- Circumstances beyond our control
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The VPN will provide complete anonymity
- All content will be accessible in all regions
Limitation of Liability
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the subscription
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
